Tinna Rubber & Infrastructure gets allots 85.64 lakh shares in Tinna Trade
Under scheme of arrangement
Tinna Rubber & Infrastructure announced that the company received a communication from Tinna Trade (Resulting Company) that the Board of Directors of Tinna Trade at its Meeting held on 19 February, 2018), has allotted 85,64,750 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each as fully paid-up to the members of Tinna Rubber & Infrastructures, whose names are appearing in the register of members/ statement of beneficial ownership as on the Record Date, in the following ratio:

1(one) Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each (fully paid-up) of Tinna Trade issued and allotted for every 1 (one) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each (fully paid-up) held by the shareholders in Tinna Rubber and Infrastructure (Demerged Company).
