Net profit of Oberoi Realty rose 236.78% to Rs 246.05 crore in the quarter ended June 2018 as against Rs 73.06 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2017. Sales rose 137.05% to Rs 479.23 crore in the quarter ended June 2018 as against Rs 202.16 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2017.
