Board of Vinati Organics to consider sub-division of shares
On 12 November 2019
The Board of Vinati Organics will consider the sub-division of Company's equity shares from 1 (one) equity share of face value of Rs.2/- each to 2 (two) equity shares of face value of Re.1/- each subject to approval of shareholders. The Board meeting of the company is scheduled on 12 November 2019.
