At meeting held on 05 December 2019
The Board of Visagar Polytex at its meeting held on 05 December 2019 has approved the following -

Appointment of Madhu Bala Vaishnav (DIN:08376551) as an Additional Director of the Company.

Resignation of Sheela Vijay Sawdekar from the position of Independent director of the Company.
