Star Cement acquires balance stake in Meghalaya Power
Star Cement has purchased balance 83,94,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each of Meghalaya Power which entailed the Company to increase its stake to 1,71,30,620 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each (i.e., 100%) and the said Meghalaya Power became a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company.
