Central Bank of India approves raising equity capital
By way of preferential allotment of shares to GoI
The Capital Raising Committee of the Board of Central Bank of India at its meeting held on 12 April 2021 has approved raising of equity capital by issuance and allotment of equity shares to President of India (Government of India) on preferential basis, subject to approval as may be required, of Shareholders, Reserve Bank of India, Stock Exchanges & other statutory authorities (if any).
