Ashoka Concessions acquires additional 49% stake in Ashoka Highways (Durg)
Ashoka Buildcon announced that its subsidiary, Ashoka Concessions has acquired 49% stake (1,45,60,442 equity shares of Rs 10 each) in Ashoka Highways (Durg) (AHDL) from Highway Concessions One.

Post-acquisition of 49% stake, Ashoka Concessions holds 29715183 (99.999%) shares in AHDL except 1 share held by IDFC w.e.f 30 November 2021.
