Rattanindia Enterprises appoints Soumik Bhusan as CFO of Cocoblu
Rattanindia Enterprises appointed Soumik Bhusan as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Cocoblu Retail, a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of RattanIndia Enterprises, engaged in business of online retail on e-commerce platforms in India.

Prior to joining Cocoblu Retail, Mr Bhusan was working for Amazon India. Soumik Bhusan has held various leadership positions in retail companies including Titan, Reliance Trends, Titan and Bloomingdales (Dubai).

He is an alumnus of IIM Bangalore and a Chartered Accountant, with experience in retail sector with expertise in financial controls, strategic planning, analytics, and IT governance. He has experience in scaling up business operations in retail companies across India and Middle East.

Cocoblu Retail had recently started sales on Amazon India platform. Cocoblu Retail has partnered with several brands in multiple categories to scale up its product offerings and seeks to be dominant seller on e-commerce retail platforms in India.

On a consolidated basis, RattanIndia Enterprises' net loss stood at Rs 5.52 crore in Q3 FY22 as compared to a net profit of Rs 0.10 crore in Q3 FY21. Net sales stood at Rs 0.67 crore in Q3 December 2021.

RattanIndia Enterprises is the flagship company of Rattanindia Group for its new age growth businesses. The company has forayed into electric mobility space through Revolt Motors to democratize clean commute using next-gen mobility solutions. The company is completely focused on providing world class electric mobility products which are affordable and accessible to every Indian.

Shares of Rattanindia Enterprises slipped 0.12% to Rs 40.90 on BSE.
