Revenue saw a modest growth of 3.3% to Rs 218.32 crore in Q4 FY22 as compared to Rs 211.34 crore reported in the same period last year. The gaming and hospitality company reported a pre-tax loss of Rs 63.76 crore in Q4 FY22 versus Rs 76.68 crore in Q4 FY21.

Delta Corp's consolidated net profit of Rs 66.99 crore in 31 March 2022 as against net loss of Rs 24.10 crore as of 31 March 2021. On a consolidated basis, net sales surged 47.09% to Rs 616.13 crore as of 31 March 2022 over the year ended 31 March 2021. EBIDTA for FY 21-22 grew by 346% on YoY basis.

The company's board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.25 per equity share and it will be paid within 30 days from date of approval of the same by the shareholders.

Furthermore, the board of company has considered and approved the scheme of amalgamation with its wholly owned subsidiaries, Daman Entertainment and Daman Hospitality with Delta Corp. The appointed date is 1 April 2022. The scheme is subject to regulatory approvals.
