Board of Ramkrishna Forgings recommends Final Dividend
Of Rs.0.20 per share
Ramkrishna Forgings announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 May 2022, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.0.20 per share (i.e.10%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
