Board of Motilal Oswal Financial Services approves buyback of shares up to Rs 160 cr
At meeting held on 17 May 2022
The Board of Motilal Oswal Financial Services at its meeting held on 17 May 2022 has approved buyback of equity shares of face value of Re 1 each not exceeding 14,54,545 equity shares at a price of Rs 1100 per equity share payable in cash for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 160 crore.
