Corporate News     27-Jun-22 Board of Bajaj Auto approves buyback of shares up to Rs 2500 cr At meeting held on 27 June 2022 The Board of Bajaj Auto at its meeting held on 27 June 2022 has approved the proposal for buyback of fully paid up equity shares of the company up to Rs 2500 crore at a price not exceeding Rs 4600 per share. At the maximum buyback price, the indicative maximum number of equity shares proposed to be bought back, would be 54,34,782 equity shares, comprising approximately 1.88% of the paid-up share capital of the company as of 27 June 2022.
