Board of Rama Steel Tubes approves fund raising via equity issue
At meeting held on 19 August 2022
The Board of Rama Steel Tubes at its meeting held on 19 August 2022 has approved fund raising by issue of equity shares up to Rs 20 crore on preferential basis to Shankar Sharma (person belonging to non-promoter group).
