Board of Aegis Logistics recommends Second Interim Dividend
Of Rs.1 per share
Aegis Logistics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 September 2022, has recommended a Second Interim dividend of Rs.1 per share (i.e.100%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
