Board of Rama Steel Tubes allots 16.25 lakh convertible warrants
On 12 October 2022
The Board of Rama Steel Tubes at its meeting held on 12 October 2022 has approved allotment of 16,25,000 Convertible Warrants at an Issue Price of Rs. 112.50 each to Shankar Sharma on preferential basis upon receipt of 25% of the issue price.
