Asutosh Enterprises revises opening date of open offer
For acquisition of stake in WPIL

IDBI Capital Market Services on behalf of Asutosh Enterprises (acquirer) has changed the opening date of the open offer to the shareholders of WPIL from 30 August to 15 November 2006.
