Easy Trip Planners acquires 75% stake in Nutana Aviation
Easy Trip Planners has signed Share Purchase Agreement with Nutana Aviation Capital IFSC on 02 December 2022. The company will acquire 75% stake in Nutana Aviation for a cash consideration of Rs 1.50 crore.
