J K Cements announces acquisition of majority stake in Acro Paints
J K Cements announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, JK Paints & Coatings has invested Rs 153 crore and completed the acquisition of 60% equity shares of Acro Paints.
Consequently, Acro Paints has become a step down subsidiary of the company with immediate effect.
