Board of RHI Magnesita India approves preferential issue of shares up to Rs 200 cr
At meeting held on 01 April 2023
The Board of RHI Magnesita India at its meeting held on 01 April 2023 has approved proposal for raising of funds by way of issuance of such number of equity shares having face value Re1 each aggregating up to Rs 200 crore on a preferential basis to M/s. Dutch US Holding B.V., a promoter of the Company.
