Coca-Cola India acquires 15% stake in Hashtag (an associate company of Jubilant Foodworks)
Jubilant Foodworks announced that Hashtag Loyalty (Hashtag), associate of Jubilant FoodWorks has entered into a Securities Subscription Agreement dated 17 April 2023 with Coca-Cola India (New Investor) pursuant to which the New Investor has acquired 15% stake (on a fully diluted basis) in Hashtag (Transaction).

Accordingly, the Company's stake in Hashtag has reduced from 35% to 29.75% (on a fully diluted basis). Hashtag has raised the capital at a pre-money valuation of Rs. 104.68 crore
