Board of Usha Martin recommends Final Dividend
Of Rs.2.50 per share
Usha Martin announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 April 2023, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.2.50 per share (i.e.250%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
