The company has been awarded a two-year contract by Indian Oil Corporation for the supply of Crumb Rubber Modifier (CRM) at their Mathura and Haldia plants. The contract is valued at Rs 107.5 crore, which represents over 50% increase in total value compared to the previous contract.
Tinna Rubber & Infrastructure transforms end-of-life tires into valuable rubber and steel materials. These materials have various applications such as new tires, conveyor belts, rubber molded products, and roads. The steel obtained from the process is used for making steel abrasives. The company is the largest integrated waste tire recycler in India and a global leader in the manufacturing of recycled rubber materials, with manufacturing facilities spread across Panipat (Haryana), Haldia (West Bengal), Gumudipoondi (Tamil Nadu), and Wada (Maharashtra).
On a consolidated basis, net profit of Tinna Rubber & Infrastructure rose 18.09% to Rs 4.70 crore and net sales rose 8.69% to Rs 75.20 crore in Q3 December 2022 over Q3 December 2021.
