Tube Investments of India acquires 67% stake in Lotus Surgicals
Tube Investments of India has on 10 May 2023 acquired 33,61,902 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each representing 67% stake in Lotus Surgicals. Consequently, Lotus Surgicals has become a subsidiary of the company.

PI Opportunities Fund I Scheme II (Premji Invest) has acquired the balance 33% stake in Lotus Surgicals.
