SBI Cards & Payment Services has on 17 May 2023 allotted 81,000 Fixed Rate, Unsecured, Rated, Taxable, Redeemable, Senior, Listed, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs. 1,00,000 each, at par, under Series 33 aggregating to Rs. 810 crore on private placement basis.
