Board of Divis Laboratories recommends Final Dividend
Of Rs.30 per share
Divis Laboratories announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 May 2023, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.30 per share (i.e.1500%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
