PMF has 130 beds capacity and with this total installed capacity of the company shall be increased to 4,547 beds. The proposed capacity will be added with effect from 1 August 2023.

The hospital building and infrastructure is being developed by PMF. The company shall pay an interest free refundable security deposit of Rs 7 crore. The hospital may require further capex infusion to the tune of Rs 5 crore during the initial 2 years of operations and the same shall be infused through internal accruals of the company. The term of the agreement is 15 years from effective date of 1 August 2023.

This is a part of O&M asset light model to add 500-700 beds in India, which will have better returns with minimal capex investment.

The company's consolidated net profit declined 24.5% to Rs 170.77 crore in Q4 FY23 from Rs 226.27 crore posted in Q4 FY22. Revenue from operations jumped 19.6% year on year to Rs 3,262.32 crore in the quarter ended 31 March 2023.

The scrip rose 0.13% to Rs 270.90 on the BSE.
