Spandana Sphoorty Financial has allotted 6,490 equity shares under ESOP on 11 July 2023. Accordingly, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 70,99,93,140/- consisting
of 7,09,99,314 equity shares having the face value of Rs. 10.00/- each to Rs. 71,00,58,040/- consisting of 7,10,05,804 equity shares having the face value of Rs. 10.00/- each.
