The scope of the project involved construction of access controlled Nagpur-Mumbai super communication expressway (Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg) in the state of Maharashtra on EPC mode for Package-12, from village Pathare Kh to village Sonari in district Nashik. The cost of the project stood at Rs 1,698 crore.

The project's appointed date was 15 January 2019 and the scheduled completion date was 12 June 2021, which was 910th day from the appointed date. The revised scheduled completion date including EOT (extension of time) was 8 November 2022.

The completion certificate has been issued by the authority and had declared the project fit for entry into commercial operation as on 3 December 2022.
