ICICI Securities receives demand from State Goods and Services tax department, Govt. of Rajasthan
|

|
|
|
|
ICICI Securities announced that the company has received order under Sections 73, 74 & 50 of Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 from the State Goods and Services tax department, Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur on 21 July 2023.
In the said order, the authority has demanded goods and service tax along with interest and penalty aggregating Rs 2.36 crore. The Company has a strong case to defend the matter before the Appellate Authorities and shall file an appeal against the said order before the Commissioner (Appeals) within prescribed timelines.
