Board of Uno Minda approves issue of Letter of Comfort for sanction of loan to subsidiary
At meeting held on 09 August 2023
The Board of Uno Minda at its meeting held on 09 August 2023 has granted approval for Issuance of Letter of Comfort in favor of Banks/ Financial Institutions for sanctioning of Loan/credit facilities to Clarton Horn, Spain, wholly owned subsidiary-of the Company upto 6 Million Euros, in one or more tranches for the business operations of Clarton Horn.
