Board of Power Finance Corporation approves bonus issue of 1:4
At meeting held on 11 August 2023
The Board of Power Finance Corporation at its meeting held on 11 August 2023 has approved the issue of bonus share to shareholders of the company in the ratio of 1:4 by capitalizing a sum not exceeding Rs 660.02 out of the sum standing to the credit of securities premium account, subject to approval for shareholders.
