Godrej Properties has received credit ratings from ICRA as under:

Non convertible debenture programme (Rs 2500 crore) - IND AA+/Stable (assigned)

Commercial paper (Rs 3000 crore) - ICRA AA+; Stable (reaffirmed) ]

Long term / short term fund based/ non fund based (Rs 4500 crore) - ICRA AA+; Stable/ ICRA A1+ (reaffirmed)

Non convertible debentures (proposed) (Rs 2000 crore) - ICRA AA+; Stable (assigned)
