Central Bank of India spurts 2.45%, gains for third straight session
Central Bank of India is quoting at Rs 37.65, up 2.45% on the day as on 12:49 IST on the NSE. The stock is up 82.77% in last one year as compared to a 10.67% gain in NIFTY and a 52.65% gain in the Nifty Pharma index.

Central Bank of India gained for a third straight session today. The stock is quoting at Rs 37.65, up 2.45% on the day as on 12:49 IST on the NSE. The benchmark NIFTY is up around 0.05% on the day, quoting at 19539.3. The Sensex is at 65663.62, up 0.05%. Central Bank of India has added around 25.92% in last one month.

Meanwhile, Nifty Pharma index of which Central Bank of India is a constituent, has added around 5.93% in last one month and is currently quoting at 4648.8, up 0.09% on the day. The volume in the stock stood at 408.76 lakh shares today, compared to the daily average of 220.67 lakh shares in last one month.

The PE of the stock is 18.12 based on TTM earnings ending June 23.
