The Board also approved allotment of 46 lakh equity shares on conversion of 46 lakh warrants. Post allotment of these shares, the paid up equity share capital stands increased to Rs. 32,89,79,070 consisting of 16,44,89,535 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 2/-each.
