Board of Goodluck India approves fund raise of Rs 96 cr via preferential route
At meeting held on 04 October 2023
The Board of Goodluck India at its meeting held on 04 October 2023 has approved issue of up to 5 lakh warrants on preferential basis to promoter category at an exercise price of Rs 600 per warrant (including a premium of Rs 598). The company will also issue up to 11 lakh equity shares on preferential basis to promoter category at an issue price of Rs 600 per share (including a premium of Rs 598). The total funds proposed to be raised through preferential route is around Rs 96 crore. The company plans to invest about Rs 40 crore in wholly owned subsidiary - Goodluck Defence and Aerospace.
