Board of SBI Cards appoints Nominee Director
With immediate effect
The Board of SBI Cards has on 04 October 2023 approved the appointment of Nitin Chugh as Nominee Director (nominated by State Bank of India) (DIN: 01884659) on the Board of the Company with immediate effect.
