With the addition of the new block of 159 beds, the bed capacity of Aster Whitefield Hospital shall increase from 347 beds to 506 beds.

The term of the lease agreement is 30 years from effective date. i.e 06 October 2023 with a lock-in period of 30 years from lessor and 15 years for the lessee.
