Medplus Health Board to mull fund raising on 11 Oct
Medplus health Services said that its board will meet on 11 October 2023, to consider raising of funds via equity shares or non-convertible debentures (NCDs).
The company will raise funds through issue of equity shares or any other equity linked instruments or securities including convertible preference shares/ fully or partly convertible debentures or by way of a composite issue of non-convertible debentures and warrants entitling the warrant holder(s) through a private placement (including one or more qualified institutions placements) or further public issue of equity/ debt securities, preferential issue or a rights issue or through any other permissible mode under applicable laws.

Medplus Health Services is in the business of pathological laboratory testing and manufacturing, wholesale trading and contract manufacturing of pharma, fast-moving consumer goods and beauty products and rendering of management services to group companies and holds investments in subsidiary companies.

The company's consolidated net profit increased 18.4% to Rs 3.79 crore on 29.3% jumped in net sales to Rs 1,284.30 crore in Q1 FY24 over Q1 FY23.

The scrip price of Medplus Health Services is Rs 759.75 on BSE.
