Board of Avantel approves bonus issue of 2:1
At meeting held on 09 October 2023
The Board of Avantel at its meeting held on 09 October 2023 has approved the issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 2:1.

The Board has also approved the increase in authorised share capital from Rs 20 crore to Rs 60 crore.
