Revenue from operations jumped 56.64% to Rs 2,236.4 crore during the quarter compared with Rs 1,427.7 crore recorded in the corresponding quarter last year.
Profit before tax stood at Rs 1,166.7 crore in Q2 FY24, steeply higher than the Rs 211.10 crore posted in Q2 FY23.
EBITDA stood at Rs 1,612.1 crore in Q2 FY24, registering a growth of 288% YoY. EBITDA margin was 49.51% in Q2 FY24 over Q2 FY23.
During the quarter, the company recorded total sales of Rs 7,092.6 crore in Q2 FY24, up 102% YoY and collections rose 1% YoY to Rs 2,623.7 crore.
Total sales volume stood at 6.84 million square feet (Sq.ft), up 50% YoY while average price realization jumped 29% YoY to Rs 10,369 per square feet, during the period under review.
