Zen Tech rises after bagging export order worth $5.12 mn
Zen Technologies added 3.16% to Rs 745.50 after the company said that it has received an export order valued at approximately Rs 42 crore ($5.12 million).

This order, comprising of simulators, is from a friendly nation and stands as a testament to the Indian government’s efforts to boost defense exports, aligning with the national objective of becoming a net defense exporter.

"The order win reflects the company's growing influence and reputation on the global stage,” Zen Tech said in a statement.

Zen Technologies is engaged in design, development and manufacture of training simulators for police and para-military forces, armed forces, security forces, government departments like transport, mining, infrastructure and civilian market.

The company's net profit surged to Rs 15.28 crore in the quarter ended September 2023 as against Rs 5.65 crore during the previous quarter ended September 2022. Sales rose 99.04% to Rs 66.50 crore in Q2 FY24 over Q2 FY23.
