Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals has allotted 89,794 equity shares under ESOP on 04 December 2023. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs.13,09,90,000 (constituting of 2,61,98,000 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each) to Rs.13,14,38,970 (constituting of 2,62,87,794 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each).
