Among the other constituents of the index, Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd increased 2.66% and DLF Ltd added 2.26% on the day. The S&P BSE Realty Index index went up 65.34 % over last one year compared to the 12.48% surge in benchmark SENSEX.

Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd has added 16.38% over last one month compared to 12.4% gain in S&P BSE Realty Index index and 7.76% rise in the SENSEX. On the BSE, 3.1 lakh shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 12.57 lakh shares in the past one month. The stock hit a record high of Rs 94.05 on 08 Dec 2022. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 45.94 on 29 Mar 2023.
