Spandana Sphoorty Financial has received credit ratings from ICRA for various debt facilities as following:

1. Long-term fund based Term loan (Rs 2,105 crore) - [ICRA]A (Positive); reaffirmed and outlook revised to Positive from Stable

2. Non-convertible debentures (Rs 358 crore) - [ICRA]A (Positive); reaffirmed and outlook revised to Positive from Stable

3. Market linked debentures (Rs 20 crore) - PP-MLD[ICRA]A (Positive); reaffirmed and outlook revised to Positive from Stable
