Board of Gothi Plascon (India) recommends interim dividend
Of Rs 2 per share
Gothi Plascon (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 January 2024, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 20%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
