Keystone Realtors has allotted 5050 equity shares under ESOP on 17 January 2024. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 113,88,31,480 divided into 11,38,83,148 Equity Shares of Rs 10each to Rs 113,88,81,980 divided into 11,38,88,198 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each.
