Board of Dwarikesh Sugar Industries approves buyback of shares up to rs 31.50 cr
At meeting held on 08 March 2024
The Board of Dwarikesh Sugar Industries at its meeting held on 08 March 2024 has approved the proposal for buyback of up to 30,00,000 equity shares of the company at a price of Rs 105 per share aggregating to Rs 31.50 crore.
