Board of Infosys recommends Special Dividend
Of Rs.8 per share
Infosys announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 April 2024, has recommended a Special dividend of Rs.8 per share (i.e.160%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
