H.G. Solar Projects, a wholly owned subsidiary of H.G. Infra Engineering, has incorporated the following wholly owned subsidiaries:

1. H.G. Jodhpur Solar Energy
2. H.G. Solar Project Developer
3. H.G. Green Hydrogen Power
