Board of Lloyds Metals & Energy recommends Final Dividend
Of Rs.1 per share
Lloyds Metals & Energy announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 May 2024, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.1 per share (i.e.100%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
